Since late 2019, her life has consisted of traveling the southwest with her significant other as a traveling cardiovascular surgical tech. Stopping at many national parks and state parks to hike and trail run along the way. The pandemic opened her eyes a little wider to the heartbreaking state of the world, witnessing the pain and suffering of people inside and outside of the hospital setting inspired her to pick up a pen and to write.
